What do you mean by "it was not synced with cloud data. Every time it does not connected"?
Try the following steps and check if it helps:
Step 1:
I suggest you reset the Windows Sockets and check.
Follow the below steps:
- Right click on the Start button and click Command Prompt (Admin).
- In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
netsh winsock reset
If the issue persists then follow the below step.
Step 2:
I suggest you reset the Windows firewall and check.
Follow the below steps:
- Right click on the Start button and click Command Prompt (Admin).
- In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
netsh firewall reset
If the issue persists then follow the below step.
Step 3:
I suggest you to disable proxy and check.
Follow the below steps:
- Press Windows + R keys from the keyboard.
- Type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter.
- Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
- Uncheck mark the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.

I also have this problem to win 10 I can load your data from asphalt 8 airborne on nokia lumia 820 everything is fine if you want to play the game on PC Win 10 can not read data with the cloud vyskoušel I have all 3 options you describe but ever ever come back to win 8

This is the same problem I am having I have updated Windows 10 in PC and after that it is not working giving option of cloud data loading but it is not loading always showing error message "could not log in.Please try again late" as given below. If my data could not recovered than I have to play from starting. I also reinstalled it to see if it works but nothing changes. I think server of asphalt 8 is very very slow. If problem is not solved in coming days than I will uninstall it. After all it is 2 GB space game.If any one have solution please comment. The steps given above by Harshavardhan Rathod also of no use.

ok but why with asphalt 8 doing something I thought ZETO solve reinstallation in my PC to win 8 but if they say you skoušel so toje probably unnecessary further I thought it was me, someone hacked into pc Account still as tender and will be displays at ladies ANY local account, or sign in with xbox has not read data but still the same local account ashhad ahmed Kamran So what do I already wrote this problem on loft game and other people have problems that same help solve the problem do not want to play the game again from the beginning and I skousel even from the beginning you can not play online and just kept the same account ashhat ahmed kamram

But why the cloud data which is showing is not loading might be the reason that their server is too slow of Asphalt 8 Game providers. Or if there is any mention time in 24 hrs when cloud is free so at that time I might give a try. My internet connection is not slow this problem is of Gameloft data servers.

I think personally that Gameloft server is not capable of support. No replies to problems given by people. Their cloud data support don't have any speed to handle such amount of data for so many gamers. Gameloft have to increase their support team to handle the problem asap. Otherwise many negative impressions will occur in future about this game.

thank you but it's happened to me data disappeared completely and thus play only local account without the cloud already MNet upsets Ned Seta play multiplaier and other I pc re-install to win 8 and still have the same problem on a mobile phone nokia lumia I este yesterday played with clouds esteem but now me clouds an account off deavam this game and the other can not solve this problem negatives I came to purchase tokens Credit and progress in the game when it switches yaks koliv local account only the name asmath Kamra, please let us know how nice this problem logging in via facebok removed through an account x box sign up but has tada there are no longer the only win .neda Seto play will not work if the clouds an account thank you
